1. integrating training-related resources, promoting life-long learning concepts,

  providing more learning opportunities, and establishing professional certification system and manpower channel.

2. providing credit programs, which is the beginning step for entering into regular

course. Completing all requirements and passing all the exams, students can get credit points and be granted on exemptions.
